This information is used to control your habits, your money, and your beliefs. It can shift elections, change shopping habits, and control a population effortlessly. 

And you put it out there, for free. 

Do yourself a favor. Do your business a favor. Do your family a favor. 

Unplug. Write grandma a real letter. Take your family to a park. Go for a bike ride. 

Get off social media. Go Live.
