The job of a business is to make money. The job of a consultant is to help the business make money. We must always keep this in mind as consultants. 


We follow a 7 step approach to Consultation. 

1. Listen to the Client:
Before anything else, we want to hear your voice. This is your project, for your business. 

2. Know the Client:
Next, we thoroughly study every aspect your company. The more we know, the better we can narrow down exactly what you need to accomplish your goal. 

3. Look at Options:
As we learn more about your company, we filter out options and vendors until we have only the most solid recommendations. 

Our foremost goal is to select a tool that will help your business succeed. 

4. Make Recommendations

At this stage, we meet again with you to discuss our findings. We furnish recommendations and sane timelines to accomplish your project in a timely manner. We may also recommend training and support.

5. Deploy Smoothly

Next is deployment. In this stage, we schedule delivery, installation, testing, fix any problems, and turnover any necessary documents. 

6. Training and Support 

If you require training and support, we will see to both, or manage an appropriate third party if necessary. (For example, some software developers offer paid support contracts)

7. Touching Base
Lastly, we will frequently contact you to make sure everything is running smoothly and the tool is doing its job.
